We are looking for a motivated Working Student (m/f/d) to support our People & Culture team at our Weinheim location.

• Start: May 1, 2025
• Working hours: 15-20 hours per week, with the option to increase during semester breaks
• Work model: Hybrid

These Exciting Tasks Await You:

• Support for HR Business Partners by taking on administrative tasks, such as:
  • Setting up new employees in various HR systems
  • Assisting with onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Creating presentations
  • Supporting general daily operations

• Data Entry and Maintenance in time management systems and SAP, such as:
  • Recording and tracking absence data (e.g., sick leave, special leave, etc.)
  • Preparing reports

• Drafting Certificates and References

• Participation in Various Projects

Your Profile:

• You are currently studying Human Resource Management or a comparable field of study
• Ideally (but not mandatory!), you have already gained experience through an internship or a working student position
• Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken, as well as proficiency in MS Office, are required
• Your core attributes include: openness, a high level of self-motivation, quick comprehension, a hands-on mentality, and enthusiasm for teamwork
• You handle confidential information with discretion
