Responsibilities 

1. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to end-users regarding Windows operating systems, applications, and associated hardware.
2. System Administration: Assist in the administration and maintenance of Windows-based servers, including user account management, permissions, and group policies.
3. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to Windows systems, applications, and peripherals in a timely manner.
4. Software Deployment: Assist in deploying and configuring software packages and updates across Windows environments using tools such as SCCM or similar.
5. Security Management: Implement security best practices and assist in monitoring and addressing security vulnerabilities within Windows systems.
6. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance with organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Student in computer science 
• Windows server experience 
• Scripting skills 
• Good knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
• Real team player and aware of cross-cultural working 
• Good listening and communication skills 
• Good English skills
